Summary
Anna Pratt joined Brunel University London having combined two posts, Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Research Hand Therapist. She completed an MSc in Advancing Practice at the University of Hertfordshire further exploring hand therapy related topics. She has researched and published widely in the specialist field of hand therapy and her current interests lie in the area of Dupuytren’s disease; recently written a book chapter on the role of hand therapy in Dupuytren’s disease and is working on a Cochrane systematic review. She also has research interests in the hand mobility of children with hand writing difficulties. Anna was the programme lead for the MSc Hand Therapy from its conception in 2009 until 2013 and is now co-leads level 1 on the BSc course.
