I am interested in supervising PhD projects on topics including solid and structural mechanics, fracture mechanics, fatigue and buckling, combining computational and experimental methods, in the areas of automotive, aerospace, civil and biomechanical engineering.
Fully funded PhD projects may be offered to those who apply for DTP EPSRC scholarships. Applicants must be eligible for home tuition fees through either nationality, residency (living in the UK for at least three years and not wholly for educational purposes) or other connection to the UK.
