UK residents’ perceptions of the COVID-19 contact tracing app

The UK government and the NHS are planning to develop and launch a Bluetooth-based, contact tracing app, as a means of easing the lockdown. We draw on existing research on adoption and use of health-related apps to investigate; “What are UK residents’ motivations to download and to continue to use the NHS contact tracing app”?

The potential and limitations of contextual marketing for new ventures

The aim of this project is to develop understanding of consumer perceptions of digitally enabled contextual marketing and, in particular, their willingness to accept targeted messages from new ventures in the health and wellbeing sector.
