Membership and affiliation

Professor Silver became a Chartered Chemist of the Royal Society of Chemistry in 1982 and a Fellow in 1987. In 1992 he was awarded a Doctorate of Science (DSc.) from the University of London in recognition of his work as a world authority in the fields of inorganic, bio-inorganic and organometallic chemistry.
