Research Interests

He is currently undertaking research on understandings of madness and mental health, end of life care, user and carer involvement in social work education, welfare state reform and participatory social policy. He has an ongoing involvement in person-centred support, personalisation in policy and services, disability policy. He is particularly interested in and involved in user controlled and user involvement research.
