Weining joined Brunel Design School in 2022 after finishing his PhD studies at the University of Cambridge. He is currently responsible for teaching Computer Aided Design (PG).

His research interests cover Inclusive Design, Design Cognition, and CAD Applications in Design for the Ageing Population.
