Wellbeing for researchers

Higher education is a highly stressful environment. Deep intellectual demand is accompanied by tight deadlines for paper publications, conference presentations and most of all funding applications! In the meantime of course life goes on and it is very important to take some time each day to take care of ourselves: meditate, exercise, eat well and spend time with our loved ones. The result? 24 hours is too little! Have a look how our colleagues make the most of their time.
