Speakers also reflected on their motivations, the importance of resilience and creativity, and what inspired them to pursue entrepreneurship alongside their studies and careers.

The event highlighted the strength of Brunel's entrepreneurial ecosystem and showcased the talent, determination and innovation emerging from the University community.

Brunel 60: Entrepreneurs in Action formed part of the wider Brunel Research Jamboree 2026, which welcomed visitors for a day of discovery, creativity and engagement. Featuring interactive exhibits, live demonstrations, immersive experiences and research showcases from across the University, the Jamboree demonstrated Brunel's commitment to making research accessible, engaging and relevant to society.
