As a result of the Equality Act 2010, implemented on 1 October 2010, the University is currently reviewing its policies.All policies that contain sections on discrimination, harassment and victimisation should be read in conjunction with the Types of Discrimination document (PDF) which outlines the University’s revised definitions.
