Your Brunel Network account is automatically created once all the details have been entered into CHIME. This automated process will detect if a CHIME record relating to starting in coming 14 days, our system will automatically create a network account

After the system creates a new starter’s network account, an automated email is sent to the Line Manager containing the username and instructions on how the new starter can create a password.

If you have not received an automated email and believe you should have, then contact itservicedesk@brunel.ac.uk quoting the name and Main Resource ID of the new starter for investigation.
