Research Interests

1. Improve differential diagnosis in older adults presenting with mental health symptoms in order to speed up diagnosis and access to treatments.
2. Develop evidence-based guidance for more targeted person-centred use of psychotropic medication in order to improve safety outcomes.
3. Develop better ways to detect and monitor symptoms, including the use of technology.
4. Examine underlying mechanisms which may lead to novel drug discovery.
