BBS2025 was an interdisciplinary event which brought together computer scientists, clinicians and biologists to present and discuss the state-of-the-art research in Molecular Medicine to predict, diagnose or treat cancer. The 2-Days symposium was held in the Brunel University of London on 5-6 June, involving invited speakers and attendees on the national and international levels on Day 1 and the Data Science Hackathon on Day 2. The event was hybrid with speakers and attendees joining in person and online, expanding the audience reach.

Plexaa has developed its first product, Bloom43 – a wearable device that delivers supraphysiological preconditioning to the skin to prevent wound healing complications for women undergoing breast cancer surgery. This pilot project focuses on a market research to expand the product's reach and capability.
