I'm very interested in taking on new doctoral students  in the following areas:

• How do companies from emerging economies internationalise and sustain their development in the global market?  
• How do organizations in knowledge-intensive service industry internationalise? 
• Social enterprises: barriers and enablers in their growth and internationalization.
• Entrepreneurship education: can entreprenurs be taught, if so, how?
• How can new technologies, e.g. AI, affect organisations' internationalisation, growth, and sustainability?
