Physiotherapy facilities

Each of our clinical skills rooms provides you with a contemporary learning space where you can learn the latest physiotherapy skills in a realistic clinical environment.

Our gym has the latest clinical and general exercise equipment along with the state-of-the-art teaching and media facilities. The physiotherapy gym at Brunel is spacious enough for you to practice your skills as part of a large group, run exercise classes or a range of clinical simulation scenarios.

You will have the opportunity to practice on a range of advanced equipment for measuring human movement (motion capture, force plates, accelerometers and gaze trackers). Our fully-equipped laboratory contains a safety harness, head-mounted virtual reality system and various neurophysiological measurement systems (EEG, EMG and EOG), making it an ideal facility for your physiotherapy research.
