We use different user requirements capture and analysis, design and user testing and evaluation methods grounded in the methodological frameworks of systems design and engineering, human-computer interaction, human factors and ergonomics, user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, service design, inclusive design and co-design.

Our design research is complemented with the technological know-how in electronics and programming, artificial intelligence, machine learning, edge computing, data mining and text analytics, which enables us to address digital innovation challenges from a holistic perspective.
