One-to-one mentoring from an industry mentor – min 2 hours per month

Industry led skills sessions to include:
- Find out your top 5 strengths and how to use them – survey and workshop
- Mock interviews / presentation skills & assessment centre task workshops
- Speed networking
- Mentoring circle support
Your commitment
- Regular contact with your industry mentor
- Attend training, Launch event and 2 other mentoring events
- Feedback to the Mentoring Manager
As we go into our 10th year, applications are invited from eligible students.
You must meet the following criteria:
Recorded as a female on your medical record
Year 2 upwards
Studying one of our STEM courses
