Anne Nathan, Chief Finance Officer

Anne is an experienced finance leader with a diverse career spanning professional practice, multinational retail, and the international non-profit sector. She began her career in auditing and consulting, gaining broad exposure to a range of industries, business models, and management approaches. She later joined Tesco, where she spent nearly 15 years in a variety of senior roles including Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Country Finance Director building extensive international and commercial expertise.

Driven by a desire to contribute to purpose-led organisations, Anne transitioned into the non-profit sector, initially working with a local charity before joining MSI Reproductive Choices, a global NGO operating in 37 countries, as Global Director of Financial Control. She is a highly effective and insightful leader, recognised for building strong cross-functional relationships, driving financial turnaround, and delivering meaningful process improvements. Anne joined Brunel in 2024 and leads the Finance and Procurement Departments.
