How to get involved with KidSpace

We are always looking for children to participate in our research projects and community groups. Schools are welcome to contact us to discuss ideas to enhance engagement with the local community.

Benefits of taking part

We run a range of activities including research and community participation projects.

Children who take part in our community participation projects (disability sports club & cycling groups) are provided with opportunities to:

  • learn new skills
  • improve health and wellbeing
  • meet new friends from the local community

Children who take part in our research projects on handwriting and DCD are offered the following as part of our research process:

  • A free assessment of motor skill, literacy and handwriting including a report detailing your child’s performance
  • Information on local resources and information about findings from future studies

Please use the form below to let us know more about your child and which activities you are contacting us about.
