Dr Yousra ASAAD research has been published in the Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Business research, Computers in Human Behavior, European Sport Management Quarterly, Studies in Higher Education Quarterly, Higher Education Quarterly, Journal of Marketing for Higher Education, The Marketing Review, and Marketing Intelligence & Planning. She has a broad range of research interests but mainly focuses on (1) services marketing with a particular emphasis on customer experience and social interaction, and (2) sharing economy and individual well-being.
Dr ASAAD has been a guest editor of the Journal of Business Research and has served as ad hoc reviewer for many journals.
Dr ASAAD is a member of the Marketing and Corporate Brand Research Group at Brunel University London.
