Non-traditional Manufacturing Research Group

The aim of this group is to establish on a national level a center for development, application, and implementation of non-traditional manufacturing technologies. We are one of the first dedicated units devoted to these technologies in the UK. Our group addresses the complex nature of the non-traditional technologies, meeting the requirements for multi-disciplinary research through collaborative work of academics, mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, material science specialists, electrical and electronic engineers and control engineers.
