About Us

The Circular Food Forum (CFF) founded by academic members of the Brunel Business School, leads discussions across the “food chain” with the aim to improve resource management, through working with industries and Government to respond to global pressures of growing resource scarcity and food waste.

This platform facilitates stakeholders the opportunity to meet, discuss and find ways how to cost-effectively use, re-use or recycle food waste. Further, the forum encourages research and innovative actions that provide food industry and commerce with both the strategy and the necessary tools to move towards a circular model effectively by bringing together relevant stakeholders.

The aim of Circular Food Forum is to establish itself as a foremost centre for research and dissemination on the circular economy by bringing together interdisciplinary academic team from engineering, design, management, humanities, social science as well as practitioners, policy makers, businesses.
