What happens next

Once you’ve submitted your application to Brunel, our Admissions team will review and assess it as soon as possible.

If we need additional information regarding your application, our Admissions officers will reach out to you via email or through your international adviser.

Track your application

You can easily monitor the progress of your application through the UCAS Hub, the My Applications portal, or your international advisers if you applied through one of our representatives in your country. Of course, you are more than welcome to reach out to our Admissions team directly if you have any questions.

Meet the conditions of your offer

You should receive a decision on your application, and if successful, you’ll receive our offer by email. Read your offer carefully as it includes details of any conditions, which you will need to meet before joining us at Brunel. The most common condition of an offer typically involves academic requirements, specifying the grades you need to achieve in the qualifications you are currently undertaking. Once you've successfully met these conditions, your offer will be updated to unconditional status.

Some courses may require an interview or submission of an online portfolio or task. If you've applied for one of these courses, you'll receive your interview invitation or portfolio instructions by email.

Accept your offer

Take your time to consider all your options. It's worthwhile to wait for decisions from all the universities you've applied to, so you can make an informed choice. Depending on how you applied to us, there are three different ways to accept your offer.

  • Applied through UCAS? You need to respond to your offers through UCAS Hub. Please check the UCAS guide for information on how and when you can respond to your offer.
  • Applied directly through the Brunel website? You can accept your offer via the My Applications portal. Simply log in and click the relevant button to accept your offer
  • Applied through an international adviser? You can ask your international adviser to accept the offer on your behalf

Register online

Once you hold an unconditional offer, then around a month before your start date you will be sent an email with details of how to complete your online registration. You’ll complete the second part of your registration in person on campus as part of your Welcome Week. In the meantime, make sure you take care of important tasks like arranging accommodation or organising your student finance.
