UCAS deadlines

15 October 2025: UCAS deadline for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Sciences applications.

14 January 2026: Initial UCAS deadline for on-time undergraduate applications*.

26 February 2026: UCAS Extra opens.

30 June 2026: Closing date for applications through UCAS main application system (applications received after this date will go through Clearing).

1 July 2026: Closing date for applications through UCAS Extra.

2 July 2026: UCAS Clearing opens.

4 August 2026: SQA results day

13 August 2026: A-level results day

19 October 2026: UCAS Closing Date for Clearing choice.

*Many courses will remain open for late applications after this date.
