Three years after graduation, our media graduates earn on average £4,500 more per year than the sector mean (Discover Uni, 2025). Because of this, our Media and Communications degree is ranked 1st in the country for social mobility (Sutton Trust League Table 2023).
Study with experts
You’ll be taught by a team of internationally recognised academics who appear regularly on the BBC, the Guardian and other global media outlets, and whose teaching is ranked in the top 25% in the country by the 2025 National Student Survey. Students studying media at Brunel also have access to resources, modules and lecturers from a range of other social sciences disciplines, including anthropology, criminology, development studies, geography, global challenges, history, international relations, journalism, politics and sociology.
