Her research centres on graph-based machine learning, synthetic data generation, and trustworthy AI, with a particular focus on developing innovative computational tools and machine learning methods for healthcare and biological data. She developed MDGraphEmb, a toolkit for graph embedding and classification of protein conformational ensembles.
