Food and Drink Credit Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

Silver Prize Draw

Undergraduate home offer holders who receive one of the flyers shown above in a silver envelope in early August have been given one entry into the ‘Silver Prize Draw’. A total of 400 winners will be selected at random on 3 August. 200 winners will receive a £450 food wallet credit with a further 200 receiving a £150 food wallet credit. Prizes will be allocated at random providing winners confirm their place at Brunel by 23 October 2026 and meet our eligibility criteria as detailed below. Winners will be notified by 18 August via email. Credit will be added by 30 October.

Diamond Prize Draw

Undergraduate home offer holders have at least two chances to win in our Diamond Prize Draw! Each student who accepts their offer by the dates listed below will automatically receive one entry. Extra entries are available for students applying for Brunel accommodation.

Round one

In the first round, we’re giving away prizes to the following (subject to the exclusions listed below):

  • Home UG students who confirm their place by 11.59pm on 19 August 2026.
  • Home UG students who were eligible for the Silver Prize Draw but did not win.

300 winners will be selected at random on 20 August 2026. 150 winners will receive a £450 food wallet credit with a further 150 receiving a £150 food wallet credit. Prizes will be allocated randomly. We will notify winners by 21 August 2026 via email. Credit will be added by 14 November 2026.

Round two

In the second round, we’re giving away prizes to the following (subject to the exclusions listed below):

  • Home UG students who confirm their place between 12.00am on 20 August 2026 and 11.59pm on 2 September 2026 (subject to the exclusions listed below)
  • Home UG students who were in the first round of the Diamond Prize Draw or the Silver Prize Draw but did not win

Anyone entered into the draw who applies for accommodation by 11.59pm on 2 September 2026 will receive an additional entry unless they have already won in the Silver Draw or round one of the Diamond Prize Draw.

100 winners will be selected at random by 8 September 2026. 50 winners will receive a £450 food wallet credit with a further 50 receiving a £150 food wallet credit. Prizes will be allocated randomly. We will notify winners by 9 September 2026 via email. Credit will be added by 13 November 2026.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

For all prize draws, the credit:

  • Will only be applied after the winner has successfully enrolled at Brunel University of London for the 2026/27 academic year and has activated a Time2Eat account using their Brunel email address.
  • Is available only to the winning student and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to any other person.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or used as an alternative to cash.
  • Can be spent at participating Brunel catering outlets until 30 June 2027.
  • Must be used by the expiry date, as any remaining balance will not be carried over or refunded.
  • Will be forfeited if the winner does not enrol, withdraws from their course, interrupts their studies, or defers entry to a later academic year.
  • May be subject to verification of the winner's identity, offer-holder status and enrolment by Brunel University of London.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other food wallet promotions for new students.

Eligibility

  • The promotion is open only to new home undergraduate students enrolling at Brunel University of London for the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Brunel Medical School students are not eligible for entry to either draw.
  • International students and postgraduate students are not eligible.
  • Winners of the Silver Prize Draw are not eligible to enter or win the Diamond Prize Draw. Winners of the first round of the Diamond Prize Draw are not eligible to enter or win the second round of the Diamond Prize Draw.

General Conditions

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Brunel University of London reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the promotion.
  • Brunel University of London reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or cancel a prize where a participant is found not to meet the eligibility requirements.
  • If a winner is unable to accept the prize, cannot be contacted, or is subsequently found to be ineligible, Brunel University of London reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
  • This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Time2Eat food wallet promotion offered to new students.
  • Brunel University of London reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary or where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

Note: All prizes are conditional upon the winner meeting the eligibility criteria and successfully enrolling at Brunel University of London for the 2026/27 academic year.
