Brunel Medical School Food Credit and Accommodation Offer 2026/27
Terms and Conditions
1. Offer
Eligible students commencing Year 1 of the undergraduate Medicine programme in 2026/27 will receive £800 of Brunel Food Wallet credit, subject to these terms.
The credit will be loaded in full to the student’s Brunel Food Wallet or Time2Eat account. It is not a discount against accommodation fees, tuition fees or other University charges.
2. Eligibility
The offer is available to students who:
- hold a 2026 offer for the undergraduate Medicine programme;
- are classified as international fee-paying students;
- are entering Year 1;
- firmly accept their academic offer before the course starts;
- meet all admissions, immigration and enrolment requirements;
- become fully enrolled;
- accept a University-managed accommodation contract for 2026/27;
- check in and occupy their allocated room; and
- pay any required accommodation deposit, advance payment or initial instalment by the relevant deadline.
There is no separate acceptance deadline for this offer. Students may accept up to the start of the course, including through Clearing where applicable.
The offer includes eligible students who had already firmly accepted before the promotion launched.
The offer applies to Year 1 only and will not be renewed in later years.
3. Accommodation
The offer applies to all University-managed accommodation, regardless of hall, room type or room band.
Students must apply for and accept accommodation in accordance with the University’s published processes and deadlines.
The offer does not apply to privately managed accommodation or accommodation arranged directly with a third-party provider.
Accommodation remains subject to availability.
4. Applying the credit
The full £800 credit will be added after the University has confirmed that the student has:
- completed enrolment;
- entered into an eligible accommodation contract;
- checked into their accommodation; and
- made any required initial accommodation payment.
- Students will need to activate a Time2Eat account before the credit can be loaded.
5. Use of the credit
The credit:
- may be used only at participating Brunel catering outlets;
- is personal and non-transferable;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used to pay University fees or charges; and
- must be used by 30 June 2027.
Any unused balance after 30 June 2027 will be forfeited. No cash refund or extension will be provided.
6. Withdrawal or early departure
Students will not receive the credit if they do not enrol, do not take up their accommodation, cancel before arrival or fail to make a required payment.
If a student withdraws, becomes non-enrolled or leaves their accommodation early, the University will cancel any unused balance.
7. Other discounts
Eligible students may also receive other scholarships, bursaries, accommodation discounts or promotional offers, including the International Undergraduate Accommodation Discount, provided they meet the separate terms of those offers.
8. Changes and withdrawal
The University may amend, refuse, suspend or withdraw the offer where:
- eligibility requirements are not met;
- inaccurate information has been provided;
- the credit has been misused;
- the accommodation contract or Residences Rules have been materially breached; or
- operational or other circumstances require the offer to change.
The University may also close the offer if the available accommodation allocation or budget is reached.
9. Data and administration
Relevant information may be shared between Admissions, Student Records, Allocation & Sales, Commercial Services and the University’s catering provider to verify eligibility and administer the offer.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the University’s privacy notices.
10. Contact
Questions about eligibility, accommodation or administration of the offer should be directed to the Allocation & Sales team.
