International Accommodation Discount - Terms and Conditions

The International Accommodation Discount (“the Discount”) is available to eligible undergraduate International and Brunel Pathway College students starting in September 2026 who are self‑funded (for example, not sponsored).

• If you qualify, you’ll receive £1,000 off your on‑campus accommodation fees.
• The Discount applies only to Band 2 en‑suite rooms in the Bishop Complex.

Please submit your accommodation application by 31 August 2026 to be considered. If you’re eligible, the Discount will be applied automatically.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• Be starting your accommodation contract on 13 September 2026
• Choose a 40 weeks + 1 day contract
• Submit both your accommodation application and the discount form by 31 August 2026
• Be an undergraduate International or Brunel Pathway College student starting in September 2026 who is self‑funded (not sponsored)

Staying eligible

To remain eligible, you must:

• Stay fully enrolled throughout the academic year
• Make sure all accommodation instalments due on 15 October 2026 and 14 January 2027 are paid in full by their due dates
• Stay in your allocated accommodation for the full duration of your contract

You’ll no longer be eligible for The Discount if:

• You become non‑enrolled at any point during the contract period
• Any previous instalments remain outstanding or unpaid
• You move to a different band of accommodation

The University may amend, withdraw or refuse the Discount if eligibility criteria aren’t met or if the Residences Rules and Regulations are breached.

Important details about this offer

• The £1,000 Discount will be applied to your instalment due on 29 April 2027.
• The Discount is non‑transferable and has no cash value.
• The offer is subject to availability and limited to a set number of rooms.
• The University may withdraw the offer once the allocation has been reached.
• The University’s decision on eligibility and application of the Discount is final.
