January 2027 Discount

The International Accommodation Discount (“the Discount”) is available to eligible Postgraduate International students starting in January 2027 who are self‑funded (for example, not sponsored).

• If you qualify, you could receive up to £1,000 off your campus accommodation fees.
• The Discount applies only to Band 1 (Fleming Hall) and Band 2 (Isambard Complex – Single bed rooms) Accommodation, subject to availability.

Please submit your accommodation application by 24 January 2027[C(1] to be considered. If you’re eligible, the Discount will be applied in two parts as follows:

• Discount 1 - 2026/27 Accommodation contract - £500 will be applied to the final instalment in July 2027.
• Discount 2 - 2027/28 Accommodation contract - £500 will be applied to the first instalment in October 2027.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you'll need to:

• Be starting your accommodation contract in January 2027
• Remain in the accommodation until the contract end date of 13 September 2027 to be eligible to receive discount 1
• Take up a further Postgraduate contract from the start of the 27/28 session to be eligible to receive discount 2
• Be a postgraduate International student starting in January 2027 who is self‑funded (not sponsored)

Staying eligible

To remain eligible, you'll need to:

• Stay fully enrolled throughout the academic years
• Make sure all accommodation fees are paid in full by their due dates
• Stay in your allocated accommodation for the full duration of your contract

You’ll no longer be eligible for the Discount if:

• You become non‑enrolled at any point during the contract period[C(2]
• Any previous instalments remain outstanding or unpaid
• You move to a different band of accommodation

The University may amend, withdraw or refuse the Discount if eligibility criteria aren’t met or if the Residences' Rules and Regulations are breached.

Important details about this offer

• The Discount is non‑transferable and has no cash value.
• The offer is subject to availability and limited to a set number of rooms.
• The University may withdraw the offer once the allocation has been reached.
• The University’s decision on eligibility and application of the Discount is final.
