International scholarships

The International Excellence Scholarship offers successful students a £6000 contribution towards the tuition fee payment. Postgraduate students will receive £6000 towards the first year of studies and undergraduates will receive £6000 towards the first three years of studies.  

Register your interest for a scholarship for January 2020. 

There are five awards available as part of the Brunel Santander International Scholarship for September 2019 entry. Successful applicants will receive a £3,000 cash award towards their first year of study. 

Scholarships will be awarded to selected 2019 offer holders who have achieved an international equivalent of a UK 2.1 or above, and reside in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, USA, and Venezuela.

Apply by 31st July 2019 to be considered for an award.

As part of the Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship, 15% tuition fee discount is awarded to all those who meet the eligibility criteria.

No application is required as Brunel will automatically assess your eligibility in the summer. For further details please refer to the terms and conditions.

The Brunel Colciencias is awarded to selected scholarship holders from Colombia. Successful students will receive 20% discount towards the cost of PhD fees.

This scholarship is available to Colombian citizens wishing to study a PhD degree at Brunel University London. Priority areas include: Engineering and Nanotechnology; Humanities and Social Sciences; GIS and Environmental Sciences; Biodiversity; Health Sciences.

100% tuition fee, a monthly stipend, return airfares and other allowances as applicable is available.

Applications are considered according to the following selection criteria:

Academic merit of the candidate

Quality of the research proposal

Potential impact of the work on the development of the candidate’s home country

The Rotary Graduate Scholarship programme is one of the largest privately funded scholarship programmes in the world.

 

Rotary District 1090, representing the Rotary Clubs in the Thames Valley area, is pleased to announce a call for applications for Rotary Scholarships for post-graduate studies in the academic year 2019-2020.Rotary are offering one scholarship of USD 30,000 for applicants from outside the UK, from low to middle income countries.

 

Students must plan to study at one of the five universities within Rotary District 1090 – Brunel, Bucks New, Oxford, Oxford Brookes and Reading, under one of two of Rotary’s Areas of Focus:

The College of Engineering, Design & Physical Sciences (CEDPS) Academic Excellence Scholarship is a cash award available to full-time students commencing specified undergraduate courses in the College of Engineering, Design and Physical Sciences. An unlimited number of awards are available at a value of £2,000 cash each year for a maximum of three years for applicants who attain 3 A Levels with grades AAB or above, or equivalent.

There is no separate application, all students will be considered for the scholarship automatically based on the information supplied in their course application. More information can be found here.

The NSIRC Scholarship for MSc Oil and Gas Engineering and MSc Structural Integrity (Asset Reliability Management) is a tuition fee waiver  of £12,500 for Overseas applicants and £6,750 for UK/EU applicants.

Applicants should apply for the programme in the usual way through the course web page and then express their interest to be considered for a scholarship by emailing the Programme Course Director, for further details please refer to the terms and conditions.

We are offering 30 scholarships for the full-time MBA and 20 for the part-time MBA programme for 2019/20.

The Full time MBA Scholarship is a £6,500 tuition fee waiver for one year only.The Part Time MBA Scholarship value depends on your employment sector.  Those from the Corporate/Private sector will be awarded a £9,000 tuition fee waiver for a maximum of two years only, split equally across both academic years (£4,500 per year). Applicants from the Public/Government sector are awarded a £11,000 tuition fee waiver for a maximum of two years only, split equally across both academic years (£5,500 per year). Applicants must also complete the MBA scholarship application form by the final deadline:Wednesday 04 September 2019 for applicants applying for September 2019 and Friday 13 December 2019 for applicants applying for January 2020 entry. The College of Health and Life Sciences are offering 80 scholarships (20 scholarships per course) for applicants applying for the following courses:

• BSc Occupational Therapy
• MSc Occupational Therapy (pre-registration)
• BSc Physiotherapy
• MSc Physiotherapy (pre-registration)

The Dean's Scholarship is a £2,000 fee waiver, per year. To be considered you must hold an offer of a place on one of the above courses. This scholarship is now closed for applications. The deadline was midnight on 27 August 2016. For full details please refer to the terms and conditions. 

Two tuition fee discounts of 50% for two Masters or PhD students for a maximum of three years

Brunel University London and the Mexican Fund for Human Resources Development (FIDERH) have partnered to provide full time students on Postgraduate taught and Postgraduate research courses with a 15% discount on tuition fee’s.

The Scholarship is for Mexican students in receipt of a loan or financial support from FIDERH, a trust managed by the Central Bank of Mexico.  The applicant should apply for the programme at Brunel in the usual way and apply for a FIDERH loan.

We have always offered a reduction in PG tuition fees for our alumni. Our students who take up postgraduate education could be eligible to receive the '15% graduate discount'.

The Graduate Discount will not apply if you receive the Brunel International scholarship, Brunel Santander International Scholarship or Brunel International Regional Scholarships. Please refer to the individual scholarship terms and conditions for further information.For further information regarding eligibility please contact the scholarships@brunel.ac.ukIn addition self-funding students who pay their fees in full by enrolment are also entitled to a prompt payment discount of 2%. Additionally Brunel Alumni are entitled to an Alumni discount of 15%.

For new students commencing their studies in the 2019-20 academic year or beyond. Applicants who have a direct family (spouse, parent, child or sibling) connection to a current or past student at Brunel are eligible to receive a discount of 10% off the tuition fees for every year of the course. The Terms and Conditions are being reviewed and will be updated shortly.

All students who are responsible for paying their own course fees in full, and who pay the full amount of fees due at or before their scheduled date of registration, may receive a prompt payment discount of 2% on the net course fee i.e after the application of any other discounts to which they may be entitled.
