Sergio Malo
Qualifications: BEng, MEng
Sergio Malo received an MEng degree in industrial engineering from the University of CastillaLa Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain. He is currently pursuing a PhD degree in mechanical, aerospace, and civil engineering at Brunel University London, Uxbridge, U.K. In 2014 he joined Brunel University London, as a Project Technical Assistant working within the Smart NDT team. In 2019, Sergio was promoted to Team Leader of Power Ultrasonic team.
His research interests include signal processing of ultrasonic guided waves (UGW) applied to complex structures, the development of novel UGW applications, coded excitation waveforms, signal processing and condition monitoring.
