I am an active member of several academic societies such as the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and the British Academy of Management.
I am also an active reviewer for several 4* and 3* journals. I am on the editorial review board of the Strategic Management Journal and the Journal of Management Studies.

I am interested in interacting with the media on topics related to mergers and acquisitions, divestment, corporate restructuring, and business transformation.
