The Professional Development Centre (PDC) comprises Job Shop, Placements, Careers, the Innovation Hub, Modern Languages and the Graduate School. Our mission is to improve the employability of our students, graduates and postgraduates, and we do this by delivering high quality guidance, information, careers education, work placement and recruitment services. We support the University in developing confident, talented and versatile graduates.We assist students to enhance employability through work placement and work experience and help students and recent graduates develop the skills and knowledge needed for informed career decision making and job/course search before leaving University.
