Creative Writing undergraduate courses

Our Creative Writing courses are taught by prize winning writers, including Bernardine Evaristo (Booker Prize winner), Hannah Lowe (Costa Book of the Year) and Daljit Nagra (poet, Radio 4 presenter and former Chair of the Royal Society of Literature); and are notable for the diversity of the teaching staff. We teach a range of writing skills, including poetry, fantasy, script writing, and more. Expert guest speakers from the worlds of publishing, screenwriting, poetry and broadcasting will give you an insight into your future career options.

Our English Studies graduates, including Creative Writing, earn 6% above the median three years after graduation (LEO 2025).
