Your Certificate can be viewed and shared from within the Brunel University London’s VerifyAward service.

Please sign up for our 24/7 automated VerifyAward service where your degree is stored securely online, available for you to view free of charge whenever you need it. In addition you can use the service to allow employers, recruitment agencies and other third parties to verify that you hold an authentic degree from Brunel University London. Although currently free, third parties will usually be charged £26 to access an award's details.

Using this service you can access and share basic award details and your certificate. In addition, Undergraduates who enrolled on a full programme of study in September 2012 and onwards can access their HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report) when they graduate.

An education verification letter can be provided free of charge on official Brunel University London headed paper confirming your full name (at the time of award), date of birth, start date, end date, award obtained and degree classification (if applicable).

Please click on the appropriate link below.

To process a verification of award request we require the following information:- full name of individual, previous name (if applicable), date of birth, dates studied, award achieved, year of graduation.

For Third party requests; according to the Brunel University London's information policy, a former student's degree results are not considered to be public information. In common with many UK universities, we do not publish this information anywhere, and release of the information has to conform to the Data Protection Act 1998, ensuring permission of the data subject and the identity (including corporate details as appropriate) of the requestor. This means that we also require a manually signed declaration of consent from the individual concerned on company headed paper.

Requests cannot be prioritised and are processed on a first come first served basis. Turnaround times vary depending on the time of year.

Please note that it is University policy not to release information for students who have a tuition debt to the University.
