SPILJ is a bi-annual peer-review law journal that focuses on the legitimacy of international law by examining specific aspects of State practice and specific practices of inter-governmental organizations, agencies and institutions in light of established international legal standards. Submissions for publication must seek to provide up-to-date, crystal clear understanding on points of law regarding State practice on a specific issue that is regulated by international law broadly defined to include public and private law, including: international human rights law, international criminal law, international administrative law, international intellectual property law, international environmental law, international investment and trade law, international financial law, public international law, international labour law, etc.
