Dr Chia-Hao Ho
Research Fellow

Eastern Gateway 202 Desk 11

Summary

I am currently a research fellow at Brunel University London, addressing questions related to small business growth and provide Brunel Hive and local businesses with solutions and documentations by focusing on business research practices, including handling data sets and visual material, evaluation activities, community engagement, and research publication.

Prior to joining Brunel, I was awarded a PhD in Management Studies in November 2022 from the University of Exeter. My research interests ranged from organizational studies in connection with the change, activism inside or between organizations or corporations, and circular economy and sustainability, entrepreneurship, and business and society. As a result of my interdisciplinary approach, my PhD research aims to explore social aspects of circular economy through the lens of social logic, organizing, and agency at different levels. Additionally, my work experience as an HR practitioner in the Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development sectors enabled me to research on HR-related topics such as workplace bullying and HR-related issues in the context of circular economy and sustainability.
