Summary

I received my BA degree in Mathematics Education from Istanbul University and my MA degree in Computing in Education from King's College London. After working as a mathematics teacher for a state school for four years in Istanbul, I started my PhD research in Brunel University with a funding from Turkish Ministry of National Education. 

My research is in digital game-based formative assessment in primary school mathematics education. More specifically, I am interested in the experiences and opinions of primary school mathematics teachers about digital game-based learning and whether and how do they use formative assessment in digital game-based leaarning.
