Summary

I'm YING MA, a Ph.D. candidate at Brunel University in Information Systems, is conducting research on AI technology continuance intention, with a special focus on the integration of group dynamics theories in marketing and AI technology applications.

This research aims to unravel the factors influencing users' continued interaction with AI chatbots, delving into user satisfaction, the role of perceived chatbot intelligence, and the impact of privacy and trust issues. 

The research is expected to contribute to the development of a theoretical model for AI chatbot engagement, offering practical guidelines for enhancing user and community engagement and addressing ethical considerations in AI development.
