Subject Research Groups (SRGs) at the Brunel University London Business School

Reflecting our approach of enhancing quality and supporting excellence, through engaged, inclusive, collaborative and synergistic research activities, research and teaching subjects have been developed and realigned since 2008 around priority/strength areas to form five Research Subject Groups:

Accounting and Auditing Research Group (AARG)

Founded originally as the Accounting and Auditing research centre (AARC) in 2010 to develop research in accounting and foster relationships with the accountancy profession, national and international stakeholders, AARG is led by Jill Collis with support from Robin Jarvis and Sergio de Cesare. Human Resource Management and Organization Behaviour Research Group (HRM - OB)

Previously known as the Work and Organisation Research Centre (WORC), HRM-OB has substantially developed and extended past themes to explore broader issues in employment relations, HRM, and performance at work. SEIB was formed in October 2015 by previous members of CEIBIEM (the Centre for Entrepreneurship, International Business and Innovation in Emerging Markets) which was born out of merger in 2010 between BRESE (Brunel Research into Enterprise, Sustainability and Ethics) and CIBSEM (the Centre for International Business and Strategy in Emerging Markets).
