Summary

I am a current PhD researcher in the department of Chemical Engineering. I have a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineeering from Landmark University, Nigeria and a masters degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Southampton, UK. 

I have previously done research on adsorption using bio-based activated carbon and microplastics removal from wastewater treatment plant. I have a growing knowledge of waste to energy technologies and I am keen in carrying out research to help meet the current 'net-zero emissions' target. 

My PhD research focuses on sorbent synthesis and characterization for carbon capture. My interests are clean energy technologies, carbon capture and environmental sustainability.
