Mindfulness and Meditation Classes
Need to de-stress? What better way than to take half an hour out of your busy schedule and come along to the Meditation and Mindfulness Classes.
We welcome both staff and students alike. All we ask is that you kindly arrive on time which enables the class to start without interruption.
