Summary

In his study of the International Financial and Monetary Law Manuel has become extremely interested in the critical assessment of the EU economic governance law and, in particular, in the impact of the so called 'monetary union without fiscal union' on the EU post-sovereign debt crisis reform agenda. Following the LLM specialism in Banking and Finance Law at Queen Mary University, he has continued the research and study of the Economic and Monetary Union regulatory framework within the context of the Eurozone sovereign debt crisis and beyond to become an expert in this area by taking a PhD in EU Law at Brunel University London
