We are Made in Brunel 2020

We are the next generation of visionaries, we use our creative energy to empower and connect…We are Made in Brunel. 

Who is Made in Brunel? What do we stand for? Why do we do it? 

To create this year's Made in Brunel brand, we looked at what is most important to us. We asked ourselves: what does Made in Brunel mean to our course, our university and to us?

Our process brought six principles: Truth, Surroundings, Diversity, Rarity, Craft and Collaboration which are the core of this year's brand.

 

After several weeks of work, last Friday the Made in Brunel team hosted the 2020 Brand Launch event. It was an evening full of activities, and surprises and we got to share our brand with students, staff, alumni and industry.  

The evening kicked-off with interactive games that represented our six core principles. There was a huge crossword for visitors to search for our core principles and a photo booth with some cool design props. We also got to show off our drawings skills with a portrait drawing activity. 

 

Finally, at 8 pm the countdown began and our Brand Launch video started playing, it explained our six core principles and it was narrated by the Made in Brunel team. It showcased the process and thought behind this year brand.
