1. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are:
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 10:30pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is free for public members. However, parking restrictions apply from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You must register for a parking permit at reception during these hours. Simply enter your vehicle registration into the parking tablet at the Sports Centre reception desk. This will grant you up to 4 hours of free parking while your permit is being approved.
Note: Parking is easier to find after 4:30pm on weekdays.

How can I join the gym?

You can join with a monthly membership or purchase a day pass for £8.

How do I sign up?

Can I tour the facilities before joining?

Yes! You’re welcome to drop by for a tour during our opening hours — no booking needed

Membership & Pricing

What membership options do you offer?

We have three membership tiers and two types of memberships.
Please view our price list to view the fees for gym access and use of our other sports facilities.

Are there any joining or cancellation fees?

No — there are no joining or cancellation fees. We just require 10 days’ notice before your next payment by emailing us at sports.centre@brunel.ac.uk.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership. We require 10 days’ notice via email to sports.centre@brunel.ac.uk.

Is there a contract?

No, our memberships are on a flexible monthly basis. You just need to give us 10 days’ notice before your payment date if you wish to cancel. If notice isn’t provided in time, you’ll be charged one final month, which will be your last.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! To upgrade, email sports.centre@brunel.ac.uk and we’ll process your request as soon as possible.
To downgrade, please give us 10 days’ notice via the same email before your payment date.

 

Fitness Programs & Services

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we do. Please email Gym@brunel.ac.uk to inquire. You can also view our personal trainers’ profiles and pricing.

What fitness classes do you offer?

We run 24 fitness classes per week

Are fitness classes included in my membership?

Yes — classes are included based on your membership type.
Example: Off-peak members can attend classes during off-peak hours.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our classes cater to all fitness levels. Modifications are provided, so everyone is welcome — no experience needed!

 

Facilities & Equipment

What kind of equipment do you have?

Our gym includes a wide range of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights.

Are there lockers and showers available?

Yes, we have lockers near reception and in the changing rooms. Please bring your own padlock. Or purchase one from reception.
Showers are available in both male and female changing rooms. We also have an accessible shower near the male changing area.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free visitor Wi-Fi is available throughout the Sports Centre. You'll need to create an account and sign up.

 

Policies & Safety

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, you must be at least 16 years old to sign up for the gym.

What should I bring to the gym?

Bring a water bottle, towel, comfortable workout clothes, and proper athletic shoes. If you plan to shower, pack toiletries and a change of clothes.

What are your terms and conditions?

Billing & Account Management

How do I update my billing information?

Log in to your account on our website or app and go to the "Wallet" section. Follow the prompts to update your payment details. For help, speak with our front desk or contact support.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel, email us at sports.centre@brunel.ac.uk with at least 10 days’ notice before your next payment.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Yes, you can freeze your membership. We require 10 days’ notice via email to sports.centre@brunel.ac.uk.

How do I access my account online?

Go to Member Login and use your registered email and password to manage billing, book classes, and view your schedule.
Need help logging in? Contact us for assistance with your credentials.
