Since its creation, more than a decade ago, the Behavioural Insight Team (BIT) became world leading in applying behavioural insights to a range of public policy challenges and government services.
It now has offices in the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and it has conducted so far more than 400 randomised control trials. The Social Work Division at Brunel was delighted to host on 4 Nov 2019 Rhys Campbell, a Senior Advisor on Local Government at the BIT, for a special lecture about the ways in which the Behavioural Insight Team is applying behavioural insights in social care.
