Summary

I am an assistant headteacher at a primary school in Colnbrook, Slough and I have previously worked in schools in Hillingdon in both teaching and school leadership positions.  

My current research looks at how primary teachers adapted to the expectations that were placed upon them during the COVID 19 pandemic and how these altered over time. I am particularly interested in the perceptions of the effects on teacher agency. 

I am also interested in the factors influencing teachers' expectations of pupils when learning mathematics. This includes national and local policy along with influences on pupils from outside of school.
