Meet the conditions of your offer

Checking your application status

You can check your application status anytime on e:vision, our applicants portal, using the My Application facility. Your username is your applicant number (you can find it in your offer email), the default password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYY. You'll need to change the password once you've logged in the first time. Please also check if your personal details (name, address, birthday, contact details etc.) are correct, and update them if necessary. If you used your school email address for your application and you have no access to it anymore, you can change it to your personal email here.

Checking the details of your offer

Please read your offer email carefully. Regardless if you have a conditional or unconditional offer, there is a list of documents you might need to provide to be able to register and start your studies (e.g. copy of certificates, passports). The exact list is in your offer email.

If you applied to one of our professional courses, you may require an Occupational Health Clearance or a DBS-check. Look out for emails and letters from the Admissions Team when and how you can complete these. These checks could take weeks so start them as soon as you can.

If you're an international student and require a VISA, make sure you start your application at your earliest convenience so you can get the necessary documentation on time.

Accepting your offer

Depending on the way you applied to us, there are three different ways to accept your offer:

  • If you applied through UCAS, you need to respond via UCAS Track once you have received responses from all the universities you applied to. The deadline of accepting your offer depends on when you get the offer from the last university, so please check your personal deadline on UCAS Track. Then you will need to choose a firm and an insurance choice. More information is available on the UCAS website.

  • If you applied directly to us through the Brunel website, you can accept your offer via our e:vision applicants portal in the My Applications facility.

  • If you're an International applicant and have applied through an official agent representative, you can ask them to accept the offer on your behalf.

And don't forget - if you have questions anytime during the application process, contact us!
