Summary

In my MSc degree, I did a study about how recent web technologies can be implemented by job platforms to facilitate recruitment by matching applicants and potential employers. Given a chance through this PhD studies, I would like to further my studies and keep researching and discovering new things and reach the heights of my field expertise.

The proposed research (A Real-Time Online Job Application Portal) aims to provide a more efficient and effective solution for employers and job seekers by using Semantic Technology and AI in the job application process. The proposed system will use ontologies to represent domain-specific knowledge, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms to assist in pre-selecting appropriate candidates and providing real-time job search results and user-friendly interface for both recruiters and job seekers.
