Where to find help

When you log in to Brightspace you will notice tabs at the top of the screen which provide help for both staff and students. These tabs house support information for both groups, including guides and interactive tutorials.

To access the tabs, simply log in to Brightspace and click on a tab to access it. You will then be able to click on the links on the tab to access the support materials there.

Please note that staff are able to view both tabs whereas students can only view the student tab.
